Today, TRUaire services its nationwide network of customers from four strategically placed Distribution Centers. Our Main Office is located in Santa Fe Springs, California. This facility stocks just over 100,000 square feet of merchandise.

In April of 2008,TRUaire opened its East Coast Distribution Center in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. This 75,000 square foot facility provides superior service to our Customers in the Southeast.

These two facilities provided wonderfully fast service to our customers, but we quickly realized how much faster we could be with an additional Distribution Center somewhere in the middle of the country. In July of 2009, we opened our third Distribution Center in Houston, Texas.

These three Distribution Centers proudly offered delivery lead times in three days or less to 90% of our customers, and two day lead times to about 80%; These impressive lead times are unheard of in the register and grille manufacturing industry.

Still, we were left with a tremendous amount of distribution to the Northeast. We were not happy about our three to four day lead times. To correct that, in April of 2012, we opened another Distribution Center just outside Baltimore, MD. This fourth location is 110,000 square feet, making it the largest TRUaire Distribution Centers.

Our four TRUaire Distribution Centers bring the total domestic inventory capability to almost 400,000 square feet! We have brought a level of service to the register and grille industry never before seen.

Manufacturing Facilities
Our State-of-the-Art manufacturing facilities in Vietnam continue to grow. We employ over 1,000 workers building nearly 50,000 registers and grilles each day. We are actively involved in the community, partnering with two local orphanages.

Genuine Innovation
Recently we introduced our exclusive three-way floor register to the market. An innovative product that makes simple inexpensive changes to residential air-flow. Before that we introduced the SmoothGlide manufacturing process. We powder-coat each individual piece prior to assembly and therefore achieve 100% powder-coat coverage, and a smoother operating damper system.
